We were so lucky to work with Angelita and Stacey for our first house purchase. Not sure how we would have done it without them! The seller was a very difficult counter-party to work with and had many personnel changes throughout the process that led to miscommunications, long periods of silence, and sudden flurries of rude messages stating that we were the ones stalling the process. Thankfully we had Angelita and Stacey to fight for our interests and successfully bring things together and close on our beautiful new home! We cannot recommend them enough!

I had the pleasure of working with Angelita for my first time home purchase and am so glad I did!!!! The Post- covid housing market has been very competitive and intimidating to say the least for a first time home buyer, so I'm grateful to have had her advisement to walk me through the lengthy process. In addition to that, she was able to negotiate several monetary credits within my closing costs, which those savings have now provided me with a bit more leverage in starting home reno sooner than later. If you're looking for an attorney in the NY/NJ area- look no further because Angelita is your girl!

I have delt with numerous lawyer over my 46 years on the planet due to the medical field I am, being a legal nurse consultant, in as well as many personal friends that are lawyers as well. She is by far one of the most incompetent, rude, unreachable attorneys I have never even met in my career! I hired her on the strengthen of someone else who I should have never listened to. She delayed my closing of my house barely returned my calls and mailed my $86,700 check to the wrong address and didnt even certify it! Now I have to cancel it and hand deliver it to my new attorney. So I wasted $500 on her to basically do nothing! If you want a real attorney with real experience that is reachable day and night by all means look up Christina Rivera, Esq! Please do not hire this lawyer ever!!

I personally didn't have a great experience with this attorney. There was a couple of red flags that I ignored. I should of paid more attention & reacted upon the 1st hint. For one she is the 1st attorney that I have EVER heard of that doesn't communicate through cell. You can only reach her during business hours & that's Monday - Friday (9 to 5). I have sent emails (no response), called & spoke to Stacy to let me know that Angelita was busy on a phone call (still no call back) & finally by the third day i spoke to Angelita to only get told that she would call me back!!! NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL BACK. But for sure once my email was sent for dismissal of her services she was calling myself & realtor to only still forget/ no knowledge that she did all of these things. If a cell phone was available for her clients to reach her it could of been a simple text to send & communicate that way. Every conversation doesn't need to be a phone call. Secondly as a professional its was very disturbing to be on a 3 way phone call between her, my real estate agent & broker. While on this call Ms Angelita decides to get into a nasty argument with my broker. Im on the phone hearing the whole thing & she's basically questioning my brokers work ethic as if she doesn't knows what she's doing. It was rude, disrespectful & very unprofessional!!!! As my attorney you would think she knows not to send me out on an inspection before attorney review is over but guess what Ms Angelita wanted to do her own thing!!! For third she rudely speaks to the sellers attorney over the phone to the point where she almost made me lose my house. The sellers because of her actions decided to not fix anything & sell as is!!! They were done with her basically. The sellers basically thought because I hired her I knew of her actions in which I had to tell them that I had no idea of this happening. I had never met this woman in my life, she was referred to me & definitely do not treat anyone that way myself. She also disrespects this man by questioning if he knew what he was doing after the sellers attorney advised her to not send me on the home inspection before attorney review was over. I had to personally call the sellers attorney and apologize for this womans actions. Fourth I find out from my agent that she also said some things that weren't weren't so nice to her as well. Im still trying to figure out HOW MANY HATS DOES THIS WOMAN WANT TO WEAR? A real estate agent, attorney or broker? To top it off as my real estate agent is speaking to her she starts to question if my agent showed me other listings in which my agent let's her know she did. Then goes to ask my agent if she has shown me homes in Willingboro? Hold the freak up!!! After 2 weeks of having my file she never realized that the home I'm purchasing is in WILLINGBORO!!! In the end I was in total shock that the person I hired to represent me was not at all that. I totally regret hiring this woman. I am now trying to put pieces back into place with my new attorney in buying my home. My new attorney now definitely has a cell phone where I can contact her through text or phone call if needed. She is well mannered & does everything professionally. My attorney now was so embarrassed & disgusted by Ms Angelita's actions that she was hesitant to even call her as a colleague. Please do not hire this woman!!! It has been a nightmare trying to fix this woman mistakes. There were times where I wanted to cry because I really didn't want to lose my beautiful home.
