        This place is a local gem! I would be lost without them. I've been going here for about 2 years now and look forward to my monthly massage. Every massage has been excellent regardless of who I've booked with. I can usually get an appointment on whichever day I need to, they have great prices, and the staff is so friendly. I can't say enough good things about Project Body.

        So i found this place thru Groupon because i was looking for a full body scrub which i was a bit nervous/ shy for but i went for it anyway and just bought it on a whim, and boy im glad i did because from the moment you walk into this establishment it was a beautiful experience, i gotta say in the end when she asked me how i felt, i felt like saying amazing just didnt express how i really felt , i feel like the word hasnt even been invented yet so im just going to say it was magical. The person who took care of me was Ashley and she was very sweet and knew her stuff, very relaxing experience the music , the ambiance, made me feel totally comfortable in a very exposed service, so I appreciate that to the fullest and I want to thank them and the business for a fantastic experience, I will def be back and I will def be spreading the word.

        Purchased a Groupon and very disappointed with the customer service. I tried to re-schedule because inclement weather caused me to be late for my appointment. I called 20 mins before appointment time to say I was running late. When I got there I asked to speak to manager who offered me a service that was not equivalent to the one I had purchased. Very disappointed because more effort should have been made to accommodate a client because of bad weather.

        Ive been going to Project Body and Massage for quite some time now. I had a sudden and severe neck pain and this place was really close to my house. I scheduled my first appointment with Jayda and had been her client ever since. I like this place because they accommodate to your preferences in pressure and technique. Everyone is very caring and friendly.

      Hi Jessica, or Peta, We pay our therapists per appointment, so if you don't show up, it messes with their salary. We have a Therapist Compensation Fee of $30 that we charge in the event you miss your appointment or cancel within 5 hours of the session. Which is way more generous than other businesses that require 24 hour notice. We actually offered to waive this Cancellation Fee for you because we were understanding of the circumstances. We offered for you to save your voucher, and get a 25 minute target session at intro discount, allowing you to skimp out on the responsibility of paying for the full hour you booked. We also offered to take the value of the voucher and apply it to the price of an intro discounted massage where you would pay the difference which was also not acceptable to you. I then offered you a third option of using your sugar scrub voucher (which is not transferable) towards a 25 minute target session and not charging you a difference - which I agreed with you wasn't a good equivalent, but seeing as though our schedule was fully booked by other clients and I had a limited therapist and time slot choices, was the best I could do today. Let me repeat: I waived our Cancellation Fee for youI gave you 3 alternatives to your unfortunate situation I offered to handle Groupons refund to you on your behalf. Giving the unfortunate circumstances, this was the best I could do and I'm so sorry that was not good enough. Most of our clients believe we perform magic in our services, but the truth is is that we are merely humans and have human limitations. We wish you all the best in your bodywork journey.
