After paying my premiums for several years always on time and filing no claims they decide to drop me. A little over a month to find new insurance.

I filed a claim a month now and still waiting on a Tech to come to my house to fix our WaterHeater. No Hot water since so it shows they don't care. And they said they have no techs avail in my area.. So does that mean I'm paying for service they can't provide? I will keep it at 1 star till they fix this. Pay attention to how long this will take.
