the worst customer service I've ever seen, ordered Ice coffee with wiped cream, and got it without lid, after asking the girl working there, she said it comes without cover!!! seriously! I decide to remove the wipped cream, I asked her and she was so mean, she removed it and throw the cup, half of coffee was on the table. was the first and last time to order from this place.

Got sweet treats for a quick snack and had an extremely friendly female server get the goods for us, but a really curt and unhappy male cashier at checkout. I will not return because the guy seemed so miserable, even when we went back in for a second time.

I was craving a hot chocolate with whipped cream. I ordered it and the cashier said Id have to wait for the whipped cream so its not in a can and you have to make the whipped cream from scratch? Weird, I still ordered the hot chocolate. I tasted it and its Swiss miss mix. Its just so low effort here.
