First I would like to start by saying they are very nice people. However I ended up returning to them last min when another place kept giving me the run around and it was close to the tax date. I didn't want to try to do my own taxes because I now had a business and did not want to make any unneccessary errors. So last resort I returned back to them. I will not be returning. They are very expensive . I was quoted $365 over the phone. Once my taxes was prepared I was charged in total over $500 what a rip off. Then I was told bank fees etc. I didn't dispute because as I said it was my last resort. I am now on the hunt for next year to find a reliable,affordable tax preparer but I won't be returning to this place.
