Unfortunately, once JW Pierson took over for Hilltop the customer service has gone down hill. Annual Service cleanings not done properly, cancellations of appointment and never being told about until I call in 1.5 hrs later to follow up when the technician will arrive, finally having another appointment set for 1pm and technician not showing till 2:30pm and having the poor technician tell his shift didnt start til 1pm, calling the company asking why I wasnt made aware they would be there after the set time and showing the texts for proof to be dismissed my the agent and the manger. As promised, I would receive a call with the estimate to fix the items the technician who came to service the boiler wouldnt fix while there. No phone call or follow up visit set up, waited a week and then cancelled my contract with them. We have been a customer with them for 12 years. I wish Hilltop was back!!

Fast and reliable service. Always a pleasure working with Julie for deliveries and a recent service call. My oil line became airborne. A tech was sent the same day as my request for a tech. Tech had my boiler working again in about 15 minutes. Thank you.
