Hi, I want to say thank you for the good drivers and their work. Drivers are polite and punctual. For all the time, there was only once late, but when the driver arrived, he apologized for being late and drove us on time.

I wish I could give zero stars. Firstly they arrived when my dads appt was, 30 mins late. Then driver called him rushing him, he needs assistance up and down the stairs and inside the drs office and she refused to get out of her vehicle to help. She kept asking do you need me or not. Instead of being courteous the driver was rude to my dad on the phone and then pulled off cause she was late picking up her patients.which was their fault. Dispatch wasnt rude but unhelpful. Im gonna make sure my dad never uses them again.

I have never dealt with a more abusive and unprofessional company. I spoke with 4 representatives Jataya, Blondell, Arabia and their manager Jose Borges (manager). These people left my husband who I informed them and the medical transport scheduling company could not walk because of recent month long hospitalization and surgery. Not only did representatives not take any ownership of their poor communication of how their process works because the driver left before the hospital could bring him down in a wheel chair and Blondell specifically called him before the pick up was happening and he told her that he was waiting for the transport for the hospital and that he'd be there as soon as possible to which she replied that she would pass that info along to the driver. At no point did she or anyone else inform us that the driver would leave him there, and they indicated that the driver left because there was another person being transported in the same which they did not disclose was something that would happen. The representatives mentioned then proceed to curse, and argue with me and my husband over the phone while we are at the other essential doctor's appointment that they did not help us get to and then call back after hanging up to argue more. Their manager then calls and proceeds to talk over me while disregarding any and everything I'm saying and offering no solutions. The care they offer is non-existent and their license to operate should be reviewed and revoked based on this experience. There is no procedure, there is no accountability, and there is certainly most importantly no empathy. These representatives and this company contracted by Modivcare should all be removed from their jobs and positions. I will be following up on this company and complaint to all state boards and chambers of commerce as well as any governing bodies with power to call the owner and operational team into question. I have never dealt with such a lack of professionalism.
