Distinctive Designs With Marlo

I use them several times. That last I called the owner was rude as hell if I was near . I would have went in person being I am in anther state I I was pissed! I spent good Damm $ withem. I think u should check how you talk to customers on the phone-

I love love their arrangements! The floral arrangements are made with a lot of passion and in excellence. The designs are indeed distinctive. I highly recommend them.

I had the worst experience with this store. For me they are thieves. My younger daughter and I decided to surprise my older daughter for her birthday by sending her flowers. She lives in Floram Park, NJ. This shop is in Orange County, NJ. We payed online and they took the money but I never received a confirmation email. My older daughters birthday passed and she didnt receiving her flowers. I called the next day and the answer from the shop was that its too far from them and thats why they didnt delivered the flowers. I told them that it doesnt say that on the website, but they insisted that it did. I asked them to give me the money back in that case. They said they will do it. A week after there was no refund so I called them again. The guy insures me that they did refund the money but he wasnt able to give me a date when it happened. I called my credit card and they said he didnt. Its been now almost a month and there is no sign of a refund. They took my money for something they never provided. I am not sure who runs this business but it is disgraceful. If I could give 0 stars I would.
