Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable staff. I visited a few weeks ago for a few items. I needed help getting an item, and an employee assisted me right away and was friendly and patient. They (including the manager) have always been friendly and helpful for years, even with returns or locating an item. They actually do their job and sometimes go above and beyond. Their product variety and stock level is good. The store is clean. I've been going here for over 10 years now.

Extremely rude, would never come here again. The manager Maggie refused to assist me with finding a product and then when asking if she could open the restroom said I had to wait because she was busy and couldnt give another employee the key to open it for me.

This location is a 2 star. And I'm being generous. I was mostly disappointed with their pharmacy. Had a prescription for decongestant and the cashier or pharmaceutical tech was clueless on the details of my prescription. When she went to ask the pharmacist, the pharmacist was a tad cold and short. I'd assume if someone asks for the explicits of their prescription, it would be nice to get proper info. I've called this location before to check for over the counter stock on a particular item. The tech was at least trying to be helpful and went to check the aisles, returned and told me she checked and didn't find the item. I went the same or next day and found the item in ample supply. Guess they happened to restock in a short time..who knows. But so far since I've encountered their pharmacy dept, not a very helpful experience and aggravating. Could be different for others. But as for me, I'd much prefer a better location.

Totally such horrific service from pharmacy location on Central Ave. Pharmacist Damaris very rude. Ask general question about my Good Rx code and pricing. Trying to save on medication. Left Walmart to return to closer pharmacy in area. Got reminded of why I travel further out to avoid long wait time . Waited over an hour for prescription that I received text from that was received days ago. To be exhausted from work, to have to wait. Unbelievable I know pharmacists are tired from a long day of standing encountering different personalities. But every minority face isnt the same personality or character. Questions should be answered with ease. Not head roll or change in tone. Be more friendlier . Put a smile on your face. As I left I said enjoy your day. To the young lady assisting pharmacist at register. Only because she was friendly. I will be directing my prescription to another pharmacy because kindness is definitely not delivered at this pharmacy at all.
