I wish I could give 0 stars, this building has roaches, leakage, and mold. Ive asked to get this fixed before moving in and after an entire year, nothing has been resolved. The contact numbers listed never answer during regular hours and will always go to voicemail, never returning the call. Disappointed and would not recommend to live in.

I lived here for 3 years rent doesnt increase that much yearly, great free amenities. Management is always quick to respond back. Repairs happen either same day or day after. Concierge is always available and happy to help. Area has a lot of store and food options and close to everything, would have stayed here if it wasnt for relocation for work.

Maintenance always is prompt and addresses any issues if something is broken or needs to be replaced. Building bas multiple options to keep it safe such as 24-hour front desk service as well as new devices to enter the building for tenants only. Parking areas are secure and can only be accessed through a key assigned to the tenant.

The building leaves a lot to be desired on the management side, on top of the rent they now charge for use of the amenities, the gate to the parking area is permanently broken always open leaving your car unprotected! And the parking space is paid for monthly. But the maintenance men are top notch and respond immediately to fix whatever is wrong in the apartment and are very courteous and professional and go above and beyond (essence 144)
