    Update: they have now disabled my ability to send escripts and my patients who are in dire need of medication are suffering. This is not acceptable and should be addressed. I have called the pharmacies to notify them but I cannot guarantee they will get the scripts. There is no 24 hour customer service. We have been with this company for almost a decade. Recently we experienced some difficulties with transition of staff, and legal battles. Despite this, staff members threaten us for non payment, and have promised to help transition us to a new bank account yet get angry when we ask about the status of our claim. The worst part was Anthony Subbiah, one of the owners, telling me that I woke him from sleep with my complaint, when he never got back to me as he promised this morning, and several other times. He promises and cant deliver. Horrible experience with arrogant staff throughout. Just go with Practice Fusion!!
