Encore Catering

We recently held a fundraising gala using Encore Catering. Not only did they take care of the food but also the various rentals we needed. It made it so much easier for us. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. We had a few particular food requests which they were able to accommodate. Susan Silberman was a pleasure to work with. A wealth of knowledge and resources. Encore Catering was outstanding in every aspect.

Susan at Encore helped us plan for our 100-guest wedding at 18Label Studios in Montclair, NJ. Encore is very familiar with the venue which made the day-of service seamless. Every single member of the staff was kind, attentive and professional. We loved our bridal party attendant Pam, she took such good care of us all night long. The food was so delicious and exceeded our expectations! In the days and weeks after our wedding we kept getting rave reviews from friends and family. Our favorite items were the taco bar, buffalo chicken pop, French onion soup pretzel bite, Mediterranean station especially the salmon and falafel, and the short rib. The bartenders did a delicious Paloma, margarita and espresso martini for us. Yum!

Absolutely the best! We just used encore catering for our daughter Bnot mitzvah and it was fabulous. Susan is a pleasure to work with, as is Michelle who was on-site at the party. My champagne glass was never empty! All our guests loved it and raved about the food. We would definitely use them again for another party.

I work for a nonprofit that recently hosted a special event at the Morris Museum and for the second year in a row, used Encore Catering for our dining, set-up and bartending needs. First of all, their food is AMAZING. But beyond that, they are the most professional, calm, kind and capable group of people who truly love what they do. Susan the head waitress was incredible and bartenders Roger and Bill are simply the best. We can't say enough about how happy we were using this company and if you have the chance to work with them, do not hesitate to sign that contract. They made it 10X easier for a very small nonprofit office to pull off a seamless fundraising event that people are still buzzing about. Thank you, Encore Catering!
