        Very bad experience with Shizan,, Boked an International flight for my friend for a family emergency. , His flight(jet blue) got delayed , called to rebook on a different flight. never responded.. Tried message, emails, phone calls and no response. Jet blue said only Travel agent can make that change, and he was not picking up the phone.. You can imagine the situation of my friend ...! .. I would not recommend to use Travel Agency to anyone..
