        This is the Trooper Werner Forrester memorial at the old closed Turnpike authority headquarters right next to toll booth for exit 9. It is a nice memorial to stop and pay a visit. Only accessible from 18 North right before entrance to the interchange to the pike. Located down behind the right side of the building near the turnpike itself. Update: the old Turnpike headquarters at this location has been torn down.
