In store services are not at all good and the persons are not taking the responsibilities

As soon as I walked in Tina was very rude. She was sitting in the corner obviously talking about the customers. I dont think that is professional at all and I personally would not have her as my employee. As soon as I walked in she was very hostile. I believe and employee should be welcoming to everyone. She was loudly talking about me and the guest I brought to the building. Had a very bad time at fedex because of this. I have never been treated like that at a store. She will give a bad reputation to your store.

They lost an important package, got into there facility and they claimed that never got found or out. Where is it then?

I could give a negative start if I could. They say on the door that they open at 8:00 and no one's here at 8:00. This is a total disrespect of other people's time!!! Unacceptable!!!

I don't know what this particular FedEx problem is. But why are they completely egnoreing my employer and other NJ area malls with sending our paychecks, it's been two weeks already. They are not responding to phone calls and emails. This is interfering with people's livelihood. Something extreme needs to happen because this is way out of line
