      One, she is already represented by another attorney. Two, I told her that if she wanted me to help her, I would need that other attorney to transfer her file here, but she did not make arrangements for that. Three, she has no documents or materials related to her case either, so there is really nothing I can do for her- she is asking me to call people that I have no way of reaching because I do not have the file. And four, she has not signed any retainer agreement with me, nor has she paid any retainer fee. I'm sorry, but we can't help people that will not help themselves.
