Patricia helped us with the purchase of our new home. She is a great agent and would highly recommend her to anyone. She was very responsive and her experience and knowledge made the process easy for first time buyers.

I was extremely happy with Davis Realtors. From the start, Brian Walsh got right back to me and was very helpful in providing information and giving me an education on the market. After, I worked closely with Julian Hernandez and he was fantastic! He was quick to provide me with properties that fit my needs and very responsive when we were working together on a deal. We were extremely happy working with him and would highly recommend.

Naomi was great during our rental search. She found what we were looking for and was easy to communicate with. As first time renters she was able to answer all of our questions and had the contract available within a couple of days of agreeing to rent the property. Thank you.

**UPDATE** I wanted to provide an update on the situation with Davis Realtors: Stuart contacted me and immediately rectified the situation. I won't go into all of the details, but he did send someone to remove the bulk items that I wasn't able to remove myself and he's checked in on me. In my situation, I don't think the broker was the problem, it was 100% the individual realtor. I had the misfortune of dealing with Vinod Vaid who was the seller's agent in this transaction. From the start, I was subjected to misogyny and lies. Vinod had the audacity to ask my realtor why a single female as myself needed a big house, it then went to one delay tactic to another where I was told things would be taken care of, but they weren't. My closing was delayed because the sellers couldn't get their paperwork together and kept threatening to just put the house back on market. On the day of the close, my realtor and I completed the walkthrough only to see that personal belongings were not removed from the premises (including a large armoire and other furniture) and the garage door was no longer functioning. We took photos and videos and sent them to Vinod who then said he would personally remove the items and to go ahead and proceed with closing. I went to the closing only to find out that some paperwork was still outstanding, after waiting a while, I did finally receive the paperwork and signed off. Afterwards, I went back to the property where Vinod supposedly removed everything, I got there only to find that he had left the key and did not do anything else. He then went to my attorney's office to pick up his check and when she informed him that he didn't live up to his word and that the seller was in breach of contract for not removing their belongings, he began to verbally assault her and accuse us of lying and said she was not truly a lawyer. We then got on the phone and he told me he was on his way to meet me to get everything settled. Needless to say, he never showed up. I contacted Stuart and Dorothy at the brokerage firm, both were kind and frustrated on my behalf. Stuart then said he would take care of things and not to worry. He asked that I DO NOT write a negative Google review as Vinod is only a contractor and he kept apologizing for my experience. He gave me the number of someone who could fix the garage and told me that he would take care of it. When it came time to pay for fixing the garage door and removing the furniture Stuart came back to me and said, "the seller said the house was in as is condition, there's nothing I can do about it, sorry". The fact that I was subjected to intimidating tactics, blatant lies and harassment is inexcusable. And the sad thing is that due to the market being a seller's market I had to tolerate it. It's disgusting how people take advantage of situations.
