I have recently used CMS Property Management to assist with the rental of my property. Taylor and the team work hand in hand to ensure all needs are met. They are always available to answer any questions. We identified a number of quality renters, and the tenant moved in to the location in under a month. I did have 1 challenge with one of the recommended service providers as they left the unit very dusty upon leaving--but I did share my concerns with CMS and I believe they addressed directly with the vendor. Hopefully the next individual who uses that vendor won't have the same experience.

Having my properties managedby CMS has been worth every penny. Dealing with the renewals having theteam handle compliance regulations for the town and overall inspections has been a tremendous help.
