Eliminex Pest and Wildlife NJ

We had a squirrel infestation in our rental property that was migrating to the neighboring condo. The other owner contacted Derek at Eliminex and we paid $1600 for the service with a 8 month guarantee. The squirrels returned a few months later causing extensive damage and Derek has not even bothered to call us back. We contacted him several times, our tenant and the neighbor with no response. Horrible and ineffective service as well as breach of contract. Please see photos below to see the damage, which would have been avoided if he had done his job well. I would absolutely not recommend Derek, it has been the worst experience.

called derek friday to explain squirrel issue in my attic.he showed up saturday am to talk and help me out.i went to home depot to get my supplies and game plan.he totaly helped me out,didnt charge for advice and explained if i do myself keep critters safe and be careful.thanx to his help i repaired house and entry.got all the squirrels and released safely in their domain.now comes the attic cleanup....lol hey derek thanx again and also note he did not charge me a dime and we talked awhile.lastly if i got frustrated just call him back and he will help me.

Left a voicemail about my mouse issue, got only a text response for the following: Sorry doesnt work that way. You cant solve it yourself and hold me to just sealing up the house. You arent a professional exterminator. You still say you have a mouse infestation My consultation fee is $225 anyway, but you are looking for someone to show you how for free Not professional, made assumptions about my situation without even talking to me over the phone. Would NOT RECOMMMEND. Stay away as far as possible unless you enjoy poor customer service and condescending tone.

Miner Bees! Never heard of them but know them quite well now thanks to Derek. Excellent service and responded immediately. There is no question that when you have a critical emergency you want to know that the number you dial you will get someone who cares and can give you critical steps to calm the issue down. Ours was an invasion of Miner Bees into our house. Derek responded immediately and completely brought the entire issue under control. Thanks Derek, we look forward to moving all our home treatments to Eliminex! Update Wanted to add this experience because I think it's important. During Derek's first treatment he wasn't able to see the actual nest. However his treatment seemed to have eliminated our problem. After a week of no activity I started to see a few bees back in the same location. Thinking it was still safe I opened a ceiling tile and there it was the nest! Derek said that might be the case and to call him if we saw anything. So I called 1 800 Derek (not real number) and the man was back in my driveway within 30 minutes. Now that we knew where the nest was he totally eliminated it. No charge as we had a 30 day warranty. My point is ,Webster has millions of words that businesses use to promise their services, none however can prove themselves better than actual immediate performance. If you want to feel good about a company you can try them but if you want to feel better call Derek! Service: Hornet & wasp extermination
