I am extremely thankful to have found The Eder Law Firm. I was in desperate need of a Real Estate lawyer to help me cancel a contract. I spoke to Mr. Tod Eder on Saturday. He was very professional and I felt comfortable with the information he provided me. On Monday I called the office and explained my situation to Mr. Reid Eder. He listened to me, clarified the contract but he also respected my desires and proceeded to email the buyers lawyer to cancel the contract.
