Very bad service. I went to the office to request an emergency appointment for my wife. The employee treated me in an inappropriate manner and said there were no appointments available, very March 26, and the situation cannot wait until tomorrow

Really unprofessional, just an assembly line for corporate greed. Been going for a few years now. Had to wait weeks for an appointment , having a sinus infection, drove a half hour, got to the the place and told they no longer take my insurance! You let me wait weeks then tell me when I get there??? During Covid doctors looked like they were wearing hazmat suits! Find a better place, where doctoring is still practiced

This review strictly in reference to the front desk., specifically the checkin.. The service level is below par. I filled out all my forms ahead of time and I still had to wait 30 mins for them to input it manually. And when I asks about the wait time, the response verbatim was, maam I need to input all this information into the iPad so it will be a long time. Like I was supposed to know that. And why cant that be done after the fact like it used to be. Or better yet make the forms on your website interactive because I did check for the online option. While I waited about 5 patients walked in and with 3 folks at the front desk each one still waited a good 3 mins before one of them acknowledged them. I have come to this office before because I like doctor Axelrod. She is AMAZING!!! Its a shame the first people you see can turn you off and force you to go see other doctors. I do hope there is some course correction here or a lesson on basic ettiquite.
