Preeti helped us sell our home and it was truly a great experience working with her from the start to the end. Right from our first meeting, it was clear she had a wealth of experience but she also did the due diligence to research, prepare and explain her comp analysis. Preeti was excellent at communicating - always available, straight to the point and explained everything without any ambiguity. She was extremely patient in answering our endless list of questions as first time sellers. Preeti was very knowledgeable and guided us through a lot of items relating to inspections, township permits, closing process, etc. She was also extremely quick, efficient with the listing and showings and helped us get multiple offers above the list price in less than a week and helped us close on time despite us being out of the country for a few weeks. We are extremely glad we worked with Preeti and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Preeti while purchasing our first home. We had just had a baby and were quickly outgrowing our apartment. We decided we would start looking for homes, but knew how difficult the housing market was, so we were not too hopeful.
