As a first time home buyer, Oksana was instrumental in helping me navigate a very challenging housing market, probably one of the most challenging times to buy a home in our generation. She was professional, cordial, and I felt she was always in my corner and on my team. If something looked like a bad deal for me, Oksana would not hesitate to let me know. During this time of market uncertainty, Oksana was very understanding and provided the advice needed so I could ultimately purchase a place I can call home. This was my second home purchase and I have worked with over two dozen realtors in the last five years. I have to say, Oksana was probably the best realtor I have ever worked with for multiple reasons: her tenacity is unparalleled. I had just a few weeks to find a home in a very competitive market in New Jersey and she spent almost 8 hours a day with me for a few consecutive weeks until we finally found something.
