I am naturally skeptical of 5-star reviews but Jane really lived up to the hype! We contacted her for an expert opinion on getting our house ready to sell. Jane was extremely generous with her time and advice. She spent hours walking through the house, advising us on repairs and improvements, and checking in on progress and providing guidance over the phone over the course of several months. She is insightful and strategic, knowledgable on the ins-and-outs of local rules, and invested in the success and wellbeing of the people she works with. It was great to have her as an expert advisor, sounding board and accountability partner throughout the process, and never once felt like a transaction. I recommend Jane wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated partner in their home-buying or selling journey.

Jane, was a great help to us. She was very professional and very attentive to our needs. We needed to have the house cleaned out and she referred 3 businesses that same day. They all responded in a day and we were able to set up appointments for the next day. Without her help we would not have sold the house. I highly recommend Jane whether you are buying or selling.
