        Dont go here. Billing office is horrendous and thats if you get someone after hours on hold. Find an office that has a caring billing service and dont ever give them your credit card. They will just keep processing payment on your card without following up with you or doing their job to follow up with insurance. Terrible practice. Update: in response ti owner email below. I sent the email 30min after owner responded to this email. Of course no response over a week later. Horrible business and customer service. They completely take advantage of you and dont care, avoid this place!!!!

        I have had the same problem with billing like one of the other reviewers. The telehealth option has been very convenient, and its website is easy to use. My only issue so far is that they require a credit card on file, and automatically charge before running it through insurance. Also the patient portal for billing is not so great. My billing statements are incomplete, and they do not respond to questions in a timely manner.
