        I had two VHS tapes of family Christmases converted (from 1988 and 1990). I had some concern about using a mail away service after reading reviews where people did not get their originals back or the originals were returned damaged. I was also concerned that the tapes had issues as they were stored in a damp basement, so it was nice to hear that I would not be charged if they could not be converted. I will definitely bring anything else I need converted here.

        We had some historical scrapbooks from the New Jersey State Chapter of the P.E.O. Sisterhood digitized. I felt safe giving these irreplaceable artifacts to DMM to scan because the books did not need to be mailed or shipped. It was a hand-to-hand drop off and delivery at my local library. The files are clear and readable allowing us to archive the original scrapbooks and work only with the digitized images, thus preserving the history for generations to come. The originals were returned to us without additional damage to the fragile pages. We are very pleased with the results. Thank you.

        The staff is very professional and the quality of our VHS wedding video to a DVD disc and a flash drive was great. It's wonderful to be able to watch our wedding videos once again.
