What added to my frustration was the lack of communication regarding the subsequent mishap. Despite having expensive front windshield ceramic tint installed, I was not informed ahead of time that there might be risks involved during the repair process. Consequently, the tint was scratched, leaving me even more dissatisfied with the service provided.
Had Safelite Autoglass communicated the potential risks prior to the warranty repair, I could have made an informed decision or taken precautions to prevent damage to the tint. However, the lack of transparency and the subsequent damage to my tint have left me thoroughly disappointed with my experience.
Overall, my experience with Safelite Autoglass was far from satisfactory, and I would caution others to thoroughly consider their options before entrusting their vehicle to this establishment.
