I'm really upset with my recruiter he's always in a bad mood talks down to me yells at me.talks to be disrespectfully.Today he called me I was at work I accidentally hit speaker the whole staff heard him yelling and belittling me.Im not an angry person but i have been with this recruiter for like 6 months.He always sounds upset or annoyed. He doesn't really help me out with shifts. I try to recommend solutions for getting me hired .Well after all his yelling the whole staff heard him on speaker i couldn't take him off. He hung up and I walked into the room and everyone was really upset..they care about me. One staff member told me that he is a horrible person he's disrespectful and degrading me.He wanted to get on the phone and tell him off! I'm a hard worker and I'm willing to work whatever wherever.Im thinking it's more money for my recruiter but it's like I m taking his abuse constantly.Im tired of it .At first he was super nice with time it's like he's annoyed by me and i feel disrespected my father doesn't even talk to me the way he does! I'm scared to reach out to his boss because I might get fired or not get any work at all! I just feel embarrassed that the staff had to hear that. They all have heard multiple conversations with him and they are very upset with how rude he is. I'm not happy I want someone different but how do I go about doing that without him finding out and black balling me from all jobs. After that call I literally cried in the bathroom. I feel like a door mat and I'm always super nice to him. He seems messy and all over the place.And never talks respectful to me.Im tired of it I want to leave and go to another agency I heard Jennifer Temps all staff is great and really nice. He told me to get a real job... that's what a staffing agency supposed to help you with...get your foot in the door.HES always calling me telling me I did this wrong or why do I send emails to him.... im forbidden to contact him.Im so unhappy and feel really invaluable. I don't know what to do.If there was an HR id go straight to them .I got recordings of him yelling at me....my coworker told me to report him. Because of the fact that i feel verbally abused attacked...and i can't go to him for any grievances.I feel because im a woman he has no respect for me because ive heard his conversations with male coworkers and he is super friendly goes out of his way to get them work. I'm left behind. I don't want to do that but I m so upset i actually thought about it. If I quit i can't go to another agency for 3 months! I'm really feel battered. Beat down. Scared to say something to agency fear of retaliation. I wish I felt like I had value my self esteem is shot. I'm done

Everything has gone smoothly. I am not that computer savvy but with detailed instructions and help from onboarding team all has gone very well.
Everyone has been accessable and helpful via phone calls and emails. Thank you so much. You guys have been great!
