Beautiful facility. Beautiful staff. My kids are learning so much. Camera access so I can check in throughout the day. I know my kids are safe, happy and learning. Plenty of outdoor time and activities during the day.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this particular location. I can only speak to our experience with the infant room teachers and administration during the five months our child attended. Originally, we selected this agency because of the low number of infants in the room, perhaps that should have been a warning sign. Things started okay. Son even became attached to the morning teacher. However, after a few weeks, little things would happen; he would come home sucking on another baby's pacifier or bottle in a bag, get overfed in the morning causing him to spit up, or fail to record daily activities. Most of the issues happened when the afternoon teachers were in charge. Then when spot-checking the limited video access we have, we catch the afternoon teacher feeding her snack of potato chips to our 11-month-old. Food we never authorized or tried to feed him. When confronted she apologized and gave the excuse he was asking for it. The same teacher we have spotted on camera being on her phone and not interacting with the kids. The Director was informed and apologized and said she would speak with the teacher. Two weeks later, in another spot-checking moment, we see the same teacher preparing to take my son outside in 45-degree weather with no socks. This was a day before a snowstorm. But since we didn't see them on video outside, we assumed they were in the hallway. Nope. When getting picked up 15 minutes later, the assistant to the director (not to be confused with an Assistant Director), who appears to always be left in charge after 3, comes in from outside reassuring me it wasn't cold and my son was properly dressed. Then disappears to only return with the teacher and my son whose feet are tucked into his pants. When asked why he didn't have socks, the teacher claimed she couldn't find them. I guess it never occurred to her to look in his cubby as they were on top of his bag. We confronted the director who tried to reassure us the teacher would be properly retrained. But when suggested they should monitor the cameras in the rooms, the response back "I cannot see everything that happens" wasn't so reassuring. We decided to pull our son out and give them a week's notice on a Friday but the following Monday, the same teacher we reported was left to watch our son. They called us to report that while in her care, our son accidentally hit his mouth on the shelf. I hope this is just a case of an unqualified teacher not being monitored. However given there were no efforts to remove or reassign a teacher with serious violations but just allowed to continue to monitor infants unsupervised, shows me the true level of commitment the agency has in keeping my child safe.
