    THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER. Our order arrived damaged three weeks ago. They are telling us that due to the timeline, they cannot help us with the order and are charging us to return the order. We paid over $300 in shipping alone the first time.

    I've ordered from Roxy display twice now and have been happy with both orders. The first order was for 2 large showcases knocked down due to room and door restrictions. The second order was for 1 smaller showcase assembled. I did opt for the LED puck lights, maybe a bit overpriced but I was happy with my decision at the end of the day and I knew they would fit. All of my items arrived well packaged and undamaged. Michael L. my sales rep was great. He answered all of my questions and even eased my mind about ordering the last showcase assembled. It was definitely the right decision. They are heavy so make sure you have a friend or 2 to help you move them. Their wall unit showcases can be a bit of a pain to assemble especially on the larger unit. I did improve upon the mounting of the shelving brackets on all of the units by bolting them all the way through the unit, only because the weight of the glass compounded with the weight of the items on display. I had trouble trusting tiny screws to hold the amount of weight I would be exposing them to. Also, cleaning the glass is a bit of a challenge. I would recommend using really good stainless razor blades and Dirtex to clean the glass thoroughly. I understand these are designed with the commercial retailer in mind. However, if you're a collector these are fantastic showcase units. They do have some all glass units as well but I liked the look of these better. My only complaints are the website, It needs some updating and shipping charges will be additional. Probably best to just call them directly to place your order. The other is the shipping costs which is why I gave them 4 stars. Shipping the items from Jersey to VA cost nearly as much as the units themselves. I know that may be out of their hands but I've had other large items shipped for less so I'm not sure if the fee is inflated or on par with current rates. I do wish I lived closer and/or had a truck but I don't. I see a lot of the negative reviews and can only think maybe they didn't have the same experience I did because of their sales rep. I am grateful that experience for the most part was fairly stellar.

    I am a distributor in the store fixture business and have been dealing with Roxy Display for several years. Unfortunately my 2 sales associate left the company and I was assigned a new representative by the name of David Ruff . I was overcharged for an item and sent a a few emails and phone calls with no response. I called again this morning and got him on the phone. Well, i was never so insulted by a supplier or anyone at the matter of fact. He actual cursed me out and threatened me . He was on speaker phone for all to hear. I asked for his boss, and his response was that there is no boss and he is the owner and boss I am appalled that Roxy Display would have such a person working for their company. If my company is a distributor for several years and have been treated in this manner, I can just imagine how they treat their retail customers.
