That was not the case yesterday when I wanted to purchase a fragrance for myself and I went around 6:00 pm to purchase it.
One of the employees offered to help me but she did not have the keys for the fragrances cabinets so she asked another employee ( who I believe it was the manager for that shift) to open the cabinets for me to be able to get it. When that lady came to help me she didnt even make any eye contact with me or anything and she was like what fragrance do you need? So I told her and she grabbed it from the cabinet and she did not told me the price or the sizes available absolutely anything and she didnt even let me look at the fragrance and she was I will bring it up front for you to pay .. I said yeah its fine but at least let me look at the batch code in the bottom to make sure its a fresh fragrance and she was Im sorry we dont allow customers to even touch the fragrances and I had to tell her no worries my intention is not to steal the fragrance I just need to look at it and she just stayed completely quiet. In the end I decided not to purchase it because I had NEVER been treated like this at ULTA before. Very disappointed!
