Reboot It -South River

After some researching to find out what pc repair shop is closest to me, I came across Reboot IT due to the consistent reviews. As of three hours ago, I just received my laptop which had the RAM upgraded from 8 gb to 16 gb. Needless to say, Tamara did an excellent job and pinpointed a few minor issues after thorough inspection. Communication was on point, and Tamara was very responsive when i addressed my needs. For any of those looking to get their devices serviced, look no further than Reboot IT, very affordable compared to storefront shops that charge an arm and a leg for maintenance/repair. Will be coming back soon!

I hired her to do my website and wow! She was extremely easy to work with, very responsive, and professional! Anytime I need my website update or change, she does it immediately! Im so glad I got her! I highly recommended her!

Finding Tamera owner of reboot was the best thing that happened to me!!! Here's why, my old tech was no longer in business & I had to find someone new immediately. I work from home & all my data on one computer was destroyed & my other one just died. I contacted reboot & to my delight, I received a phone call back within the hr, I described the problem to her & she was able to come over that same day!!. Tamera was able to retrieve my data & repaired the drive, & was able to get my downed computer back up but because of the age I only use it as a backup for minor things. I have since replaced it & Tamera came back to install the new computer & updated all computers including my laptop to the same Microsoft version, she also connected my 2 printers. I am totally backup & running perfectly, & she can also connect to my computer remotely to solve any new issues I have..I can't say enough about Tamera from reboot, excellent co. So if you need help with any computer issues she is the person to contact you won't be disappointed.

My PC stopped booting Windows properly one night when the power went out, and after spending a day trying to figure it out myself, I messaged Reboot It Technology Services. Tamara was able to pick up my PC the very same day and send me a very reasonable quote for how much the work would cost. She kept me updated throughout the entire process via text and was able to drop off my PC two days later. The fix for the PC itself wasn't obvious and she was persistent in trying multiple ways so that I wouldn't have to reformat my drive and lose all my data. (She also made backups to my data just in case). She returned my PC in amazing condition compared to before (cleaned off dust and everything!). She even left me with some custom instructions on how to care for my PC based on issues I was having. I cannot recommend her service enough!
