I take the coach bus regularly and every time its a horrible experience waiting for these buses this winter so far. There is no real coordination in the customer service department for New Brunswick in handling real time locations as to why a bus is an hour late and then no real management can ever come on the phone to deal with your concern. The only saving grace is the 3 bus drivers Ive had the pleasure of meeting (2 who told me they were filling in and they normally dont take this route) they were so understanding and their customer service mannerism made me feel heard and cared for more that I can say for customer service on the phone. Please fix how customers can get updated on what time the bus is actually going to show up!

I had a ticket to Princeton from port authority. They instead put me on a bus to East Brunswick. The bus didn't have any signs for destination. So, I thought it was going to the right place. The driver just shrugged things off and drove away in East Brunswick.

Using this bus for the past 5 years and I would give zero stars. It is a nightmare experience for the simple fact they have no competition and they do NOT care about customer experience. i can give one hundred examples and still have more. Needs to get a few competitors to take them out of business.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE AT NEILSON PARKING AT TOWER CENTER!!!!!!!! IF the buses get here in time, sometimes the drivers don't even stop at your stop... Mainly the Wall Street 8:00am bus... Forget stopping at Broadway between Worth & Thomas. 5 block walk, out of the way... I am ALWAYS LATE to work!!! The 7:30?????? 75% of the time it's CANCELLED!!

Poorly maintained website. They change the bus stop locations and don't bother to update it on the website
