Really bad at communication. If you send email messages you get an answer half of the time. You join their portal to ask a question and they don't respond. The only way to get answers is to call them on the phone. They say there going to do something but you have to constantly follow up to see if they do it. The reception desk is very irritable. Kenneth does not handle your taxes. He hands it off to his professionals who barely speak English. Horrible experience. Google should allow zero stars or even up to a negative 5 stars. I wouldn't recommend anyone get their taxes done here.

Extremely unprofessional and Rude... I called and after inquiring about pricing, (which they said begins anywhere from $350-$400 for individual tax returns), they proceed to tell me they were unable to provide services to me. What kind of place is this?

Great service, value; Ken is terrific at supporting his clients; he is responsive and takes time to make sure you understand and resolves concerns. I've been with him for a few years and am always happy for the visit to file my annual taxes, address financial concerns and he even reached out proactively to analyze tax code change impact. Terrific service provider!!!
