I went to notarize documents for state department of Banking . The counter leady asked me that "do you have bank account" I said I have two bank accounts with citizens bank. She asked me explanation about that documents I had explained about that, she told me she will ask with her manager. Her manager asked me to the counter , She said she is not going to notarize the documents because of not bank documents. Her Notary license allowed to do notary however she didn't do notary for me . I fell like her discriminatory behaviors; I was not happy with that. After that I went to Wells Fargo bank , One of the personal banker notarized very pleasantly. Thanks

I have an account with them and went to ask about getting a document notarized an auto loan refinance. They told me they dont notarize legal documents. Not sure what type of documents they do notarize if not legal ones.

Currently sitting here waiting to be seen. Get bumped by 3 people that just came in. I just wanna see my account balance and make a savings account. Super slow, staff is on their phones and dont seem to care.

Waited FOREVER (almost 20 mins) just to withdraw $200...and this is not the 1st time I had to wait so long to withdraw funds. To make matters worse I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE. the worst bank ever
