ServPro has been a phenomenal company to work with in some of the most difficult of situations. My parent's house was damaged by a fallen tree, causing structure and water damage. The teams at ServPro have been responsive to my family's every need, question and concern. Sincere thanks to the Dover, NJ office for all of their efforts and work. Luis, Franco, and Sebastian showed up on time and got to work doing a very dirty job of cleaning my basement after a pipe overflowed into all the items causing a bad mess. Luis explained the process and they began work immediately; They were ambitious, respectful and worked hard all day. I highly recommend this company and especially this team. Thanks for a job well done during a very stressful time.

Anthony, Jay, Franco and Carl were wonderful- I was overwhelmed by the water in my basement after the last heavy rainstorm - Called Servpro and Carl go right back to me - The teams arrival was fast and the clean up was thorough - Even had them clean the carpeting afterward - Place looks brandy new now - thanks to the whole team!

I am in the middle of working with SERVPRO for what was a very slow hidden leak that leaked under my floor and spread through my kitchen floor and on the other side of the wall under the dining room floor until one day the water started to flow out on to the surface to let us know it was there. We had a local plumber come that day but then called ServPro because we didn't know what to do or where to start. They put a team together and came right away. The issue was a lot worse then what I ever expected with mold inside my walls and I become very overwhelmed with everything. I would like to give a shout out and BIG THANK YOU to JOSE RODRIGUEZ from SERVPRO who has taken my frantic calls and has come to my house multiple times to check on things. He has a lot of patience with my nerves and my questions. He is a good listener and takes the time to explain everything in detail. I look forward to having this behind me, but I am very grateful that I am working with people that do this work everyday but still understand that it is new to the customer. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING ME JOSE!
