Look and read your contract carefully before you sign! Make sure if Rosalie Tenseth is your seller you look at the term! She will trick you into signing for 9 months or longer in this market!! Which means you cannot go with any other agent if your dissatisfied. 9 months, thats how you know they dont want to move or sell quick. Lets just list it and see what happens mind set.
Her broker manager Donna Spinetta is quick to turn hostile aswell. Perfect example of when I called these two on behalf of my single mother who they were taking advantage of. Donna relied, welcome to real estate. Hmm didnt realize this was TV show! This is how they act when it comes to peoples livelihood. Oh it betters better, she would not release my mother after she offered to pay them their marketing fee, which varies. My mother was told 1000, I was told 1500. When offered to pay this, we got this in reply, this isnt about money, this is about reputation. How will it look if another agent lists and sells this house. Umm it looks like you couldnt do your job and someone else did.
Her only repetitive response to not being able to being an actual buyer was, Oh the schools in Hopatcong are bad.. its lake hopatcong and my mother lives across from the lake. It couldve been someones summer home or weekend home. Again what do I know. The only offer presented was 40k below ask in this market and she seems proud of that.
Rosalie Tenseth has done a great job tying to get my mothers listing. And once she got it, a terrible job representing her as a client and a less than mediocre job trying to sell. The absolute least. She will not see the value in your house and will refuse to listen to you, why should she, she has the listing.
All they have accomplished is that, they took advantage of a single mother who takes care of her mother, my grandmother.
Oh she seems to be upset about my mother negotiating her commission down do 4.5% maybe they are doing this out of spite? But no one forced them to take this listing on.
All we wanted was to be released from the contract and I did warn them about taking my complaints to every outlet. They still didnt budge.
Like I mentioned, they dont care. Stay clear and find an agent that is honest and sees the value in your house.
