Eye Associates of North Jersey

Office is ran by idiots. I called to schedule an appointment for my kid in December and after a long hold the receptionist finally answers and told me that I already had an appointment scheduled for 1/30 at 4:30. I arrived at today at that time and they tell me they can't find my appointment. Come to find out, they misread my appointment from last years visit. And even though they screwed up,they can't see my kid now until March. Very inconvenient especially when time has to be taken off to be able to get these appointments scheduled so far out. Terrible

I had a great experience here. Maria at the front desk was wonderful! Great customer service. I would recommend this place if there more people like her.

I had an amazing experience at Eye Associates of North Jersey. The office is beautiful and very clean. Dr Mann was knowledgeable, kind and answered all my questions and concerns.Charline was beyond helpful, friendly and took care of us at the front desk. Highly recommend!
