The cleaners all did a great job; (I had three teams - one for each visit), however the third time they were 30 minutes late and for the fourth visit, they were running two hours late and no one communicated this to me.  I began texting once they were almost 30 minutes late.  The owner called me to follow up a couple of days later as I believe she was on vacation and told me she was sorry, but due to lack of staff and not enough days in my area; she can no longer come to my house.  She was very polite, but this is not a way to run a business!

Have been using their biweekly cleaning services ever since we bought our home 8 years ago. Extremely professional, dependable, and efficient.

DO NOT RECOMMEND !!Iliana came to my house for an estimate, I was at work, but my husband and kids were home.  Iliana did not wear a mask when entering my home (when we spoke on the phone prior to her coming for the estimate she assured me that all their staff wear a mask upon entry homes per COVID precautions).  She entered my home without a mask and walked around my home with my husband and kids present.  I am annoyed that my husband did not ask her to put her mask on, but that's another issue. Regardless, Iliana should have known better! She called me two days later to tell me she was exposed to a COVID positive person prior to coming  to my home.  I asked if she was wearing a mask, she giggled, said no, I'm sorry. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and lack of judgment of Iliana and this company!!!
