Stayed here due to it's convenient location to my class reunion destination. I lived in this area for many years before moving south, and it was fun to see how much changed over the 20 years away. The hotel was clean and neat. The staff I met were nice, friendly and polite. The room was comfortable with all the services I needed for the stay. It is great for a long stay with the full kitchen, extra large closets and cupboards. The only thing missing was a room safe, which I like when traveling. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant. I would recommend this Marriott property.

Was due to attend a family wedding and rooms were booked here. My wife came.down with COVID, I called to inquire if I could cancel without charge and they said I could. So I cancelled. So, instead of going to said wedding with my daughter, we stayed back with my wife. Then they charged me anyways for cancelling.....and when I called, said it was because I only called to INQUIRE about cancellation and didn't cancel until the day of my stay. Then when I contacted Marriott directly they simply said "well the hotel said". The people here are incompetent and more than one person that actually did go said the place was dirty and unkempt.
