        I had a scheduled visit for a crown. I do get very nervous, but thats just me. Once I get inside the office. I calm down. All went well As always I ll be back for my permanent crown.

        Ive been going to Dr. Smith for a long. I was mortified the first time. A very good friend made me go to Dr. Smithdragged me by the collar. I am happy to say Dr. Smith is still my number # 1!!! His staff is awesome!! Diane.look forward to seeing you next time!!!
