The entire staff I encountered was absolutely incredible, they were patient and beyond accomadating. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. They went above and beyond to help me anyway they could. Sincerly recommend to anyone in the area. If you need to rent a car. This is the place to go. Rose and Carlos were amazing to talk to and made me feel like family during a difficult time and put me at ease.

This place is by far the worst rental company in Jersey. Their name says it all. You will rent a piece of junk car that will probably break down on you. You will probably get pulled over because the inspection stickers arent valid. I mean their cars are trash. They charge just as much money as all the big rental car companies. But most of all Rosalie the manager. Rudest person ever. She gives my wife and I dirty looks. She forced my wife to go to a car wash before renewing the contract!!!! Fighting with her about it and her yelling at us that she is following rules. Only to receive a call back later saying that wasnt necessary from the owner and that shes so sorry. Or when you do a weekly rental and you expect the rates not to change and they tell you youre locked in but when you go to the Dover location, they change the price on you all the time just to charge more money. I would rather walk 100 miles into rent another vehicle from them ever again. Be careful when you operate their vehicles because their tires are so balls. Youll hit a wet patch and probably kill yourself. If not someone else. Worst company ever. Beware!
