        The security guard Johnnie is the best part of the bank. He always has a big smile and is quick to open the door snd exchange pleasantries. He is an absolute asset to the branch.

        It is impossible for them to answer the phone. Or they pick it up and hang it up. Just call to find out what date this month's statement closes, but for that you have to go to the office to ask this question. I tried on different days, 15 times, they never responded.

        What a disaster of a branch. Lack of customer service, knowledge, and overall professionalism. Please avoid consumer banking rep Elizabeth Chirico. By far the most incompetent banker I have met.
