        I have been working with the firm of Griffin Alexander for over 6 years. I am a community manager with Denali Property Management and her office has serviced and continues to service most of if not all of my clients who are also the firms clients. I must say that exceptional service is an understatement. This office and the professionalism is beyond what you would imagine. I commend this firm for all they do and would highly recommend them to anyone. It is breeze to work with them and know that whenever I need anything I can count on them at all times.       We appreciate your feedback. We always strive to improve the way we communicate with our clients and address their situations. With that said, our records do not indicate that you have ever been a client of ours; rather you were engaged in a dispute with one of our clients that required our legal involvement. We acknowledge that you may have been opposed to our position; so, your frustration is understandable. However, we performed our duty to our client. It is our job to zealously represent our clients, which we do. Conversely, it is not our job to defend the opposing party, which may be why you were disappointed following your interaction with our firm. Additionally, based on our previous correspondence, it appears that you are represented by counsel. For this reason, we are limited in what information we can relay to you, and we must advise that you go through your attorney if you would like to further discuss any grievances that you may have with our firm. We would be glad to talk with your lawyer regarding any such disputes. Thank you.
