Garage

I went to garage with my friend today to make an exchange. a pair of jeans she bought had a hole in it from the sensors they use, but this lady Devin, was extremely rude and unhelpful the whole time. Not once was she polite or tried to help even at all. It seemed no was her favorite word, considering thats all she knew what to say. thank goodness for the customer service ladies over the phone who now opened a case to help me exchange my jeans. she was so sweet and helpful, exactly how someone who works in customer service should be. devin, take notes.

terrible employees. i was in the store today and saw a skirt i liked. i wanted to look at it in the mirror because its a lot easier than going into a fitting room and trying it on. theres one mirror in the entire store and for at least 10-15 minutes there was a worker standing in front of that mirror. it wouldve been fine for her to be there if she was actually working but instead of doing her job like all the other employees she was standing there taking up the entire mirror to take selfies while on the clock. this is pathetic and i expected a lot more out of garage and their workers. i cant believe that shes getting paid to stand there and send pictures to her friends while not allowing people who actually want to purchase something to look in the mirror. i even ended up leaving the store without purchasing anything because i was so aggravated. do better garage

I love it when I was 20 it was a favorite store for me now I'm older and my daughter likes it so I recommend it for little girls nice store has nice design fashionable clothes the workers are very organized and very clean the place I rate it and recommend it
