When I thought garden state removal was bad, these guys are worse, can't straighten out a bin and never on time. Might have to get someone to move the dumpster to their driveway for them to do there job

Not sure what kind of customer service or general communication skills you teach your employees but theyre horrible. Like, I just wanted to know when my trash cans would arrive and to order them and you talk to me like Im asking you turn the world?

Driver please avoid picking up from this at all Cost . One guy in the office very unprofessional ,stank attitude , disgusting, & Tight be place with no sign of directions . I ve been owner operator for 5 years I never had argument with shipper extend to a point I had to call the police . I got this guy on video & audio recording from dash cam & as receipt asking like animals.

I had a dumpster dropped off at my residence for my roof project through the contracting company. The dumpster was dropped off too far so the driver used the truck to force the dumpster back and damaged my driveway. Then upon pickup today decided to drag the dumpster and fully tear up my paved driveway with it. Response is needed.
