I had my first appointment today. I loved that there was communication through text messages prior to the appointment. The staff was very kind and helpful and I was waited on very quickly. Very nice new equipment. The doctor was very sweet, patient and thorough! Every part of the process was quick and painless. Very happy with my new eye doctor.

I wish I knew the young lady's name that helped me because she was amazing! I needed help with my decision and she took the EXTRA time to help! I also had a special issue and she explained everything thoroughly! I thanked her more then once but hopefully she and the powers that be above her sees this!

I made an appointment with this location weeks in advance. I work in PA and hit an unexpected lane closer while heading to my scheduled appt. so, I was delayed. Contacted the Location, informed them I would be showing up at 5:12 and asked if this was acceptable. I was told yes, she will still see you. I walked into the office at 5:13 and was denied. While we spoke for several mins. the receptionist told me that its 5:16. Well, yes but Ive been standing here talking to you for the past 3 mins. I was informed that 3 appts just showed up. This is more than inconvenience, its inconsiderate. I do not live close. Already drove out of my way, hit traffic that I would have never hit if I did not have to come to this appt. I was shrugged off. Again, I was told it was okay that I would be late. Gave them the time on my GPS and then was disregarded like trash. This is not how you run a business. Getting and , key word here, MAINTAINING Clientele is the only way you keep a business operating. Very disappointing and I will definitely not be spending my money here.
