I had a very horrible experience coming to this store the sales consultant was very rude and extremely unhelpful. Her name is Alexandria Santamaria She took a personal call while assisting me and I had to wait until she was finished to speak. Horrible experience she also was no help and wasnt very understanding of my needs.

Exeptionally atrocious. Employees are the rudest and most hurtful, cruel and inhumane people on earth. Much too difficult to understand. Charged way too much. Cost too high. Very sneaky, adds additional charges. They lie and steal. Very dishonest. Xfinity is a fraudulent company. No more TV or computer for us. Will now live like pioneers in 18 century.

My experience at Xfinity mobile was very good I came to the store for new SIM card Eric McCrory the retail sales consultant was very knowledgeable courteous and professional. Ask for Eric he will help you out.

I placed my order for service and installation yesterday for today. A few hours before my installer was to arrive, I received a voicemail stating that there was an issue with my scheduled installation and that it had been cancelled. WhatI called the number back only to find out that my agent that set up my service wasn't able to see that there was a pre existing issue with my account. Ridiculous, how could you not see anything then still set me up for service. This issue is something that has been a problem with Xfinity/Comcast in the past. I can see by the reviews that Xfinity/Comcast has not changed. I was considering coming back, but judging from the same canned generic responses from the negative reviews and the more engaging responses from the positive one's, it's clear that I need to consider other options.
