I rented from them at one point for almost a year. They were great. But that was a couple years ago, now this time with my recent rental they came to my job and picked up the vehicle and told me they called the cops and reported it stolen because I didn't call them when they knew I would pay them on my payday and they let me do it other weeks also. But because I didn't call them this time because my phone wasn't working they threatened me with calling the cop's. So no, I wouldn't recommend them. Merry frickin Xmas. And I didn't get my security deposit back knowing my vehicle is broke and it's Christmas time. So not only can I not get my grandson anything for Christmas I can't even get my car fixed Yeah 200 is a lot to me. And from another post I just read, Brian was the one who was very rude . So with having no phone, I rushed to my job to call them to let them know what happened and they didn't care. That place used to be great. I loved them, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone now. Now I have to walk. And to have a man disrespect a woman like that is awful. Especially an old person right before Christmas.BRIAN, MY PHONE WAS NOT OFF FOR OVER A WEEK. IT WAS LITERALLY 3DAYS. THATS WHY I RUSHED INTO WORK SO I COULD CALL BUT YOU DIDNT WANT TO HEAR IT. YOU KNOW I WOULDVE CALLED IF I COULD. AND THE VEHICLE WAS NOT ON E, IT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN FULL BUT IT DEFINATLY WASNT ON E. AND YOU KNOW IT WOULDVE BEEN FULL IF I WOULDVE KNOWN YOUS WERE COMING FOR IT. YOU DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME A CHANCE TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAD HAPPENED. PHONE DEFINATLY WAS NOT OFF THAT LONG. There was no reason to threaten me with calling the cop's. Thats a disgrace. AND THERES NO WAY I SHOUTED ON THE PHONE BECAUSE I WAS AT MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. YOU WERE YELLING AT ME WHILE I WAS TRYING TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WOTH YOU. DYOU KNEW MY PMT SITUATION AND YOU KNOW I WOULDNT SCREW YOU BECAUSE IVE RENTED FOR A YEAR FROM TOU GUYS BEFORE. YEAH IT WASNT AS EXPENSIVE THATS WHY THIS TIME WAS HARDER BUT YOU DID GET TOUR MONEY WHEN I CAME IN.

Kathy,You were consistently behind on payments, and we have been more than accommodating throughout all of your rental's. We can sometimes work with being a day or two late on payment (things happen sometimes right?), but we have to draw the line somewhere. The final straw was when your phone was shut off and we were unable to reach you for almost a whole week. When we lose communication with someone who is behind on payment, we no longer wish to rent our vehicle to that customer. We also waived the additional money owed, including the fuel charge because the tank was on E when we brought it back. Your $200 security deposit was applied to your balance due, which is why there's no deposit left to give back to you. I attempted to discuss this in a civilized matter with you, but I was unable to as you shouted at me on the phone. If you'd like to discuss further, I'd be more than happy to take a call from you after the holiday. Merry Christmas.Brian
