Narraticon Apartments

This place is horrible. As someone who has had many snow removal contracts. Looking at the type of contractor they hire, tells me a lot. The walkways behind the cars arent cleared, the road in the parking lot barely even touched. Not to mention that the back drives werent even looked at. When I asked the men working for the contractor why theyre not touching it. Their response was that they werent supposed to. What kind of decent complex leaves snow covering the walkways? Not to mention their maintenance guys have no actual idea what they are talking about. Save yourself the headache dont move here.

The signs say luxury apartments these are not it at all. The security door in my building is broken again this is the 3rd time in the past 5 months. The gym is falling apart one of the exercise bikes is broken and one of the treadmills is broken just sitting there the bathrooms in the leasing office bulding are disgusting. The hallways in each of the buildings hasnt been cleaned in months there are cars sitting in the parking lot with flat tires with weeds growing in it or cars that simply havent moved in months sitting there with stuff piled high in the cars. Overall this apartment complex isnt worth it at all stay away

I love living here. The grounds are always well kept, any work I have ever needed done, was done efficiently and quick, with little turn around time. The office staff is pleasant, and the team at AJH is always responsive.

I have lived at Narraticon for a couple years now and have had nothing but a great experience! The property is quiet, well maintained, and the staff is friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend it!
